In Pine Ridge, we can build a structure to fit your business, or you can move into an existing building with an interior built-tosuit. We provide construction management services, interior architect and designer services, and availability of outside architects to help plan your company’s space at no charge, including floor plans designed for maximum flexibility.

New Developments

Pine Ridge Business Park has continued to expand to accommodate room for our existing tenants and growth for interested users. Currently, we have over 2,400,000 square feet of office, office/showroom, high technology buildings, office/warehouse and light industrial buildings. About 40 acres remain to be built-out in the new building. This will add 400,000+/- square feet to the park.

The Park is going green, with new energy efficient parking lot lighting, signage and identification lighting, mechanical equipment, irrigation equipment, and numerous other upgrades.
