Brian Bock is a Sales Associate with Block & Company,
Inc., representing tenants and landlords in sales,
leasing, marketing, and consultation of all property
types, with a primary focus on the office market. Brian has
been with Block & Company, Inc. since 2003,
working as
a Property Manager in the Asset Management division
prior to moving into brokerage. As a Property
Manager his responsibilities included the management of
a portfolio of Office, Retail, and Industrial properties
including oversight of the financial, accounting, and
maintenance functions.
Prior to working for Block & Company,
Inc., Brian was a Property Manager with Colliers Turley
Martin Tucker in Kansas City where he was presented with
their Excellence in Service Award in 2001.
Brian is currently a Candidate for the Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and was
awarded the Kansas City CCIM chapter’s 2007 Scholarship,
and a Candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM)
designation of the Institute of Real Estate Management
(IREM).
Brian is a graduate of the University of
Missouri- Columbia where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree
in Business Administration with dual emphasis in Real
Estate and Finance and Banking. He is a life
long resident of Kansas City, holds his Missouri and Kansas Real
Estate Salesperson Licenses, and is active in the
Building Owners and Managers Association Kansas City
chapter in addition to CCIM and
IREM.
