JOANNA KELLY
TENANT RELATIONS AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

Joanna Kelly has been involved with Block & Company for approximately two years in the area of property management. She maintained a portfolio of approximately 20 retail properties while working closely with tenants and contractors. Her job responsibilities included coordinating property repair and negotiating contracts for grounds repairs, tenant collections and account reconciliation functions, acting as liaison between property owners and tenants regarding repairs and upgrades.

Recently, Joanna has taken on the role of Tenant Relations and Marketing Coordinator for Pine Ridge Business Park, bringing with her over 10 years experience in the fields of hospitality and marketing. Her past experience includes a position in the corporate marketing department for a well-known Kansas City financial institution. Her responsibilities included event planning, preparing and developing marketing materials, presentations and market research.

Joanna will be on-site at Pine Ridge Business Park. Her duties will include coordinating Pine Ridge marketing functions such as tenant events, providing updates on Pine Ridge amenity upgrades and tenant services, assisting tenants with meeting planning and other service coordination.
