JOANNA GREENLEE
TENANT RELATIONS AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

Joanna Greenlee has been involved with Block & Company for approximately four years in the area of property management. She maintained a portfolio of approximately 20 retail properties while working closely with tenants and contractors. Her job responsibilities included coordinating property repair, negotiation of service contracts, policy and procedure compliance and the property’s financial performance as it compares to the annual operating budget, timely rent collection and account reconciliation functions, acting as liaison between property owners and tenants.

Recently, Joanna has taken on the role of Tenant Relations and Marketing Coordinator for Pine Ridge Business Park, bringing with her over 10 years experience in the fields of hospitality and marketing. Her past experience includes a position in the corporate marketing department for a well-known Kansas City financial institution. Her responsibilities included event planning, preparing and developing marketing materials, presentations and market research.

She is located directly in the business park and is responsible for coordinating Pine Ridge marketing functions, tenant events and providing you with updates on Pine Ridge such as park amenity upgrades, tenant services and other happenings within the park. She is also available to assist in any meeting planning or other service coordination in which you would like her assistance. In addition, she will act as a point person to answer any questions or discuss comments or concerns you may have about the business park.
