Pine Ridge Business Park Announces Joanna Greenlee as
Tenant Relations & Marketing Coordinator

In an ongoing effort to enhance the level of service at Pine Ridge, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Joanna Kelly to the position of Tenant Relations and Marketing Coordinator for Pine Ridge Business Park. This newly created position has been developed to initiate a more personal relationship with our tenants within the business park.

Joanna has been involved in the area of property management at Block & Company for approximately two years. In addition, Joanna brings with her over 10 years experience in the fields of hospitality and marketing. She is located directly in the business park and is responsible for coordinating Pine Ridge marketing functions, tenant events and providing you with updates on Pine Ridge such as park amenity upgrades, tenant services and other happenings within the park. She is also available to assist in any meeting planning or other service coordination in which you would like her assistance. In addition, she will act as a point person to answer any questions or discuss comments or concerns you may have about the business park. I urge you to utilize her skills and knowledge to assist you wherever possible.
