The BRES management team is dedicated to providing a level of support and service designed to exceed tenants’ expectations. With management staff always available for fast action, they assist with maintenance troubleshooting after a tenant moves in and also assist with the move-in process. The management staff oversees virtually every aspect of Pine Ridge Business Park, including exterior landscaping maintenance, heating and air conditioning service, snow removal, window washing, exterior building repairs, and a variety of other functions.

The management team distributes a monthly newsletter to keep tenants informed on park notifications, schedules, local events and more.
